Pedro Enrique Richardson Saravia co-founded the Cali firm Richardson y Yusti together with Libia Yusti, and Spanish-language sources credit the partnership jointly for several of the venues Cali built for the VI Pan American Games of 1971 — above all the Coliseo El Pueblo, whose own encyclopedia entry names Richardson specifically as the project's architect, working alongside Yusti. Beyond that late-1960s and early-1970s run of sports commissions, which helped shape the sports precinct the city laid out on its western edge, little else about his career has been established: no dedicated biographical account of him has been found, and no birth or death date is recorded in the sources consulted. He appears here as Yusti's documented professional partner, credited by name rather than folded silently into the firm.
